Designers like Tori Burch, Oscar de la Renta and Marc Jacobs created lower priced items to be sold exclusively at Target. When the collection debuted, I think the general consensus was that it was overpriced. Nothing flew off the Target shelves in my town. Now the entire collection is 50% off in stores and online.
