I agree about clutches. My favorite clutch has a little strap, which by definition probably makes it not a clutch, but makes it much easier to carry around.</description>

		<description>I wish Budget Fashionista had provided purchase info for each of those bags. Some of them, yes, are pretty bad, but I really like the Big Buddha Cosmopolitan Clutch, the purple framed patent tote (which looks a lot like a bag I have, only cuter), and, for reasons I can&#039;t explain, the black quilted cutout handle clutch. I love clutches but I feel like I have a hard time carrying them off (in the fashion sense, not the literal sense, of course); as a result, I have three or four clutches in my closet that I&#039;ve used maybe once or twice.</description>
