Madewell Mini Mailbag
For reasons I cannot fully explain, I think this is kind of wonderful. The Madewell Mini Mailbag is available in leather for $138 or the canvas version is on sale for $79.99.

Anthropologie Stockholm Handbags
While browsing the sale section at Anthropologie, I came across the Stockholm Tote and Stockholm Shoulder Bag. Sometimes it can be difficult to find a bag that’s interesting and still versatile and I think either of these would fit that bill. The Stockholm Tote is $129, marked down from $248 and the Stockholm Shoulder Bag is $149, marked down from $278.

Meet Forest & Culver
LODIS Leathergoods, one of our favorite brands, has just launched a sister company called Forest & Culver. I was curious as to the inspiration behind the new brand and the folks at Forest & Culver were nice enough to answer these questions for me.

What is the inspiration behind Forest and Culver?
We were inspired by the casual, denim-friendly Southern California lifestyle. We love the feminine, polished and pulled together yet still casual way women dress in Southern California, especially the beach cites. And we wanted to make belts and handbags that are the perfect accessories for that lifestyle. Forest and Culver is all about being denim friendly, casual, timeless.
How do Forest and Culver products differ from LODIS products?
Forest and Culver handbags have a much more casual, vintage feel than LODIS products. The LODIS girl lives in the city, and moves at a really fast pace – she’s always on the go. The Forest and Culver girl, on the other hand, lives near the beach and has a much more relaxed approach.
What products will be in the Forest and Culver line?
Belts, bags and wallets with timeless style and a casual, vintage feel.
Does the name Forest and Culver have any special significance?
We have two locations in Southern California – in Lake Forest and Culver City, so we combined those two names. It was really a perfect fit, both because it combines our two locations and fits the casual, Southern California lifestyle of the brand.
You can check out all that Forest & Culver has to offer here. And later this week, you’ll have a chance to win your very own Forest & Culver purse!
Kate Spade Pool Party Clutch
Today is my birthday and were it warm enough in Asheville, I would spend the day lazily lounging by the pool. 75 degrees isn’t exactly pool weather so I’ll gaze at the Kate Spade Pool Party Clutch as the next best thing. I get the to be reminded of the cool, refreshing water and enjoy a fruity beverage without the risk of sunburn. The Kate Spade Pool Party Clutch is available from Endless for $278.
